Certified in Yoga Coach by Yoga Alliance, she specializes in Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga, fostering well-being during and after pregnancy. Hansa is also an internationally recognized Access Bars Practitioner and Guided Meditation Coach, enhancing mental balance and emotional harmony.
She is former Winner of “Mrs.India Telangana” and has been associated with prestigious NGOs such as Joy of Sharing and LP4Y India.
The name “Ujjayii,” means “Victorious” in Sanskrit, embodies my firm belief – “Health is our True Wealth”. With a decade of dedicated yoga practice, I’ve realized that holistic well-being—physical, mental, and emotional—is essential for a fulfilling life.
During my pregnancy, I navigated a maze of advice, leading me to trust my instincts. I embraced nutrition, ancient garbh sanskar techniques, and yoga, weaving them into my modern lifestyle. And, it made the journey smoother.
However, the postpartum phase was a different challenge. The lack of guidance during this “4th Trimester” highlighted a significant gap in support for new mothers. Conversations with fellow women confirmed that a mother’s health often takes a backseat after childbirth. Deep research led me to treasures of knowledge—understanding Woman Physiology, importance of special health needs, Post natal yoga, significance of a Postnatal regimen in Garbhsanskar, as outlined in ancient scriptures, Scientific techniques, and Natural healing practices—fueling my passion for Women’s Holistic Health Coaching and Childbirth education.
My transformative journey inspired the “Beyond Birth” program to be a part of “Ujjayii Yoga” services. I am driven to empower women, ensuring every mother possesses the strength and confidence needed for their unique journey. “Beyond Birth” equips mothers with the strategies I wish I had, ensuring no one faces the same hurdles I did.
