I would recommend 'Beyond Birth' yoga program to all moms who have hormonal related issues after child birth. Before joining the program I was having a prominent mummy pouch along with severe back pain. After attending the program my back ache reduced drastically and my mummy pouch became a little less prominent. Also my stamina increased and I felt active 💪 throughout the day. So join the program if you want a new you who is more active and stronger.
