1. Registration and Payment
Registration for yoga classes at Ujjayii Yoga can be completed through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment must be made in full prior to attending any class.
 
2. Cancellation by Participant
Ujjayii Yoga strives to create a supportive learning environment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. While we don’t offer guaranteed refunds for cancellations, we may consider your request for a partial refund, transfer to the next session, or credit towards future classes on a case-by-case basis.
 
3. Cancellation by Ujjayii Yoga
In the event that Ujjayii Yoga cancels a yoga batch due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor unavailability or inclement weather, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible, and refunds will be provided within 10 business days. In the case of a class postponements, no refunds are offered but you can attend the rescheduled class.
 
4. Refund Processing
Refunds for cancelled batch will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
 
5. No-Shows
Refunds will not be issued for participant no-shows to registered yoga classes.
